Tasty breakfast choices with a variety of non-halal food, fruits, and 2-3 dishes available.

These are the positive aspects : 1) Close proximity to the beach. 2) Places of interest are within walking distance . 3) Banking and money exchanging facilities are close by. 4) Swimming pool is well kept , and suitable for young children. However, the steps leading into the pool needs to be repaired , and also the hotel needs to have a First Aid box available. Will definitely go back again in the future
One of the male front desk hotel staff mannerism is totally unfriendly and not helpful at all. He does not have a pleasant disposition towards the hotel guest from my observation. I would strongly suggest to the hotel management to place a staff who is keen to serve and approachable at all times. Overall, the hotel staff are pleasant.

Location, location, location, far enough away from the busy and noisy Bangla and Beach roads yet 5 minutes from the beach and 10-15 mins from Jungceylon shopping center. Internet cafe and 24 hour mini mart 2 mins away. The hotel is located in a quiet street and surrounded by quiet bars as well as cheap breakfast locations if not eating at the hotel. I had a Deluxe suite with private spa and apart from the spa not working for the first 2 days (new feature), it is huge with plenty of room for two or more! The hotel was full or near full for my entire 9 nights and the only time it became a bit busy was at breakfast on the last 2 mornings. During my stay It was quiet both day and night. Staff are plentiful although some at the "front end" had trouble with understanding English but the bar and breakfast staff were wonderful. Would I stay there again? Most certainly, and hope to before the new Year. I paid a bit extra for the spa and being able to cool down at any time of the day in the privacy of your own room was worth it.
I booked a room for two people including daily breakfast but travelled alone, I invited a friend back for 4 nights and was charged a joiner fee of 200 Baht a night because they didn't have their name on the booking form when I booked in. That's their policy and my mistake but I think a bit harsh. Breakfast was a bit limited. Staff at the front desk too official at times. Not enough problems for me to look elsewhere though.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with prices for tours and transfers lower than most street vendors. The rooms are in good condition, with the added bonus of a jet bath tub on the balcony. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the breakfast includes a variety of both halal and non-halal dishes.
All was satisfactory.

Everything was good, special hotel, the location was good really close to the biggest shopping mall in Jungceylon, Bangla Road, souvenir shops, mini bazaars, food & entertainment outlets, the beach, food and stores, and the happening areas. We greatly enjoyed the standard room which was luxurious with wifi. Booked it for our new year and had a fantastic stay here.

The location is ok
The hotel stuff was very unpleasnt, we waited 15 minutes for the receptionist would finish talking to his own phone for service.the aircondition was the worst I saw in thiland. The sheets were dirty and smelly.

The hotel is in a great location, surrounded by lively entertainment areas and within walking distance to the beach. the spacious room had clean and comfortable furnishings, a small gym, and a small pool.
The bathroom was a major disappointment with a non-separated shower and toilet, which made the whole floor wet. the cotton of the pillowcases could have been better, and the towels sometimes had a funny smell.

I had a satisfactory stay at a hotel for 1-2 nights. The room was spacious and the location was good. The hotel had a small gym and pool, which was a nice bonus.

The room was value for money and clean. It's pretty close to shopping and food spots.
It's actually not a suite, it's just a room with a jacuzzi at the balcony. The hot shower pressure was low and inconsistent. There's also no seaview.

cheap and excellent! Well, the staffs were so nice and friendly, also the breakfast was great, and I like the surroundings, many birds etc, and the pool. Also it is easy to go to mall. Next time I come again and bring my relatives there.
